At this time we do not accept exchanges due to limited quantities of products and sizing. We can't guarantee we will have what you ordered or have your size.

-You can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit.  It can take between 7 and 10 business days after we receive your returned product to receive your refund.

-You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

-All returns must be returned within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

-All Sale Item(s) are final and cannot be returned.

-All Item(s) must be un-washed, un-worn, and with the tags still on. Shoes must be un-worn and cannot have any scuffs or marks.

-We will not accept returns if item(s) have perfume smell, deodorant marks, animal hair, stains or the smell of cigarette. If we receive damaged item(s) you will not receive your refund.
